A grievance is any concern, complaint, or issue raised by a stakeholder or member of the public about the Jamaica Education Project (JEP). This may relate to project activities, construction works, environmental or social impacts, safety concerns, labour issues, or how the project is being implemented. The Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) provides a safe and accessible way for individuals or groups to raise concerns and have them addressed fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner, without fear of retaliation.
